DHUNUCHI NAACH – Let’s Dance Together!

Come and experience the Dhunuchi Naach dance tradition, learn the basic steps, feel the rhythm and celebrate the richness of Bengali folk art and culture with us!

Dhunuchi Naach is a lively and energetic traditional Bengali dance performed with a clay incense burner called a dhunuchi. Accompanied by the powerful rhythms of the dhak drum, this unique dance is an integral part of the Durga Puja celebrations and beautifully embodies the spirit, devotion and joy of Bengali culture.

The event is being organised in collaboration with the Finnish Bengali Association on 27 September, from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. You are warmly welcome!
